Monthly Basic Salary: Php 108,013.00


The Assistant Department Manager II supervises and coordinates the work related to accepting payments and disbursement of funds and control of cash and accountable forms for Corporate, R/L and Provident Fund transactions; examines the recording of transactions, authorizes its execution and ensures that all related transactions are captured and encoded on time in the SAP system; manages operational risks related to cash management; maintains data base of bonded employees; and manages depository bank accounts.

Requirements

Education:Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC OR CES/CSE Eligibility


Experience: Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience

  • 120 hours of supervisory/managerial training/learning and development intervention OR;
  • Minimum of 60 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention
