We are looking for an Accounting Assistant. you will play a vital part in supporting the Treasury function and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial reports and statements as required
• Provide administrative support to the Treasury team
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting queries
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree graduate. Any business course, Accountancy or it's equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work collaboratively
• Can work under pressure
• Willing to do field work
