eFlexervices is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our growing team. This role will support our operations, particularly in Japan, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our internal team and customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, naturally proactive, and have an exceptional eye for detail.

What you’ll be doing:

• Research, plan, and book travel itineraries based on client needs.
• Use Sabre (or other relevant booking platforms) to make reservations for flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Ensure accuracy in booking details, anticipating potential challenges and addressing them proactively.
• Work closely with the internal team to provide seamless, high-quality travel experiences.
• Handle adjustments and modifications to travel plans as needed, ensuring a smooth journey for clients.
• Keep up-to-date with travel regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and accountability, going beyond transactional tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Warm, personable, and service-oriented, with a passion for helping others.
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with a natural ability to anticipate client needs.
• Experienced in using Sabre or other booking platforms (preferred but not required).
• Knowledgeable about global destinations and travel trends—whether through personal travel or research.
• Strong problem-solver who can think quickly and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Able to work efficiently and independently while being a collaborative team player.
