This position develops and conducts training programs to ensure that all operations and support group will be given equal opportunities for training and promotion.
Responsible for researches and studies related to personnel management, organization development, and the administration of programs that pertains to the over-all development of an employee.
Does the conceptualization, design, coordination, preparation, facilitation and evaluation of a program pertaining to organizational development.

Requirements

With Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.
With at least 2 years experience in Training and Learning & Development
Strong Communication, Facilitation and Presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office suite, Canva and other digital training platforms
