We are currently looking for a driven and knowledgeable Training Consultants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering SAS Management Inc.’s training programs to various clients, ensuring each session is interactive, informative, and aligned with client needs.

• Facilitate SAS Management Inc. training programs, including but not limited to:
• Customer Service Excellence
• Leadership and Management Training
• Communication Skills
• Business Writing
• Time and Stress Management
• Emotional Intelligence
• Train-the-Trainer Programs
• Industry-recognized certifications (listed above)
• Assess client training needs and recommend appropriate learning interventions
• Customize training content to fit specific industries and client objectives
• Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions in a professional and engaging manner
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide post-training support and recommendations
• Stay updated on new training methodologies, adult learning principles, and SAS course updates
  

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in training facilitation or corporate L&D
• Familiarity with SAS Management Inc. training frameworks and modules is a strong advantage
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt facilitation style to diverse audiences and learning needs
• Experience with both in-person and online training platforms
• Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
