Job Summary:

The Trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions to improve employees’ skills, knowledge, and performance in accordance with company standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees
  • Conduct orientation and on-the-job training
  • Assess trainees’ performance and provide feedback
  • Prepare training materials and manuals
  • Monitor training progress and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding training needs
  • Maintain training records and reports


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any related course
  • With experience in training or teaching (preferred)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Patient, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to motivate and guide employees
