Job Title: Training Assistant Manager – Sales

The Training Assistant Manager (Sales) supports the planning and execution of structured sales training programs within a BPO environment to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. The role partners with operations, quality, and sales leadership to deliver onboarding and continuous training for voice and non-voice sales teams. Responsibilities include monitoring training effectiveness through KPIs, supporting coaching and nesting activities, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and maintaining consistent sales processes and performance standards across accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role
• At least 1 year of sales experience is required, preferably in a corporate or structured sales environment, to effectively support sales-related training and competency development
• Candidates with any sales experience are welcome; however, those with experience selling products or services in a structured business environment are highly preferred. A solid understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and metrics to effectively support sales team training programs is an essential aspect of the role.
• Strong background in curriculum development and training delivery
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in training or teaching-related tasks
