Job Description:

The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

1. Monitor internal and external risks, investigate triggered risk control alerts, and make corresponding risk decisions based on investigation outcomes;

2. Oversee the execution of the automated trading system, promptly report and resolve any anomalies;

3. Manage and maintain the company’s trading system, including daily asset report compilation and administration;

4. Strictly adhere to risk control requirements, analyze market trends, and conduct daily performance reviews and summaries;

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

1. Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline;

2. Strong self-learning ability, innovative mindset, logical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure;

3. Minimum of three years of live trading and algorithmic trading research experience;

4. Willingness to work a rotating three-shift schedule;
