SCOPE OF WORK

• Develop and design compelling business presentations, reports, and visual content for executive-level meetings, customer visit, townhalls, and external engagements.
• Translate complex business data, concepts, and strategies into clear, engaging, and visually appealing slides using PowerPoint and other design tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e operation, sales, marketing, planning & engineering) to gather insights and inputs for presentation content.
• Support executives in preparing for key communications, including speech notes, talking points and briefing materials.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and branding in all presentation materials.
• Coordinate and manage timelines for communication deliverables, often under tight deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, communications, or executive support roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of business storytelling.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in visual and content creation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with visual design principles
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Graphic design skills or experience using creative design applications (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva) is a plus
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage, but not MUST.
