Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance to a team of professionals.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks and projects based on team capacity and business needs.
• Act as the point of contact between team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional development.
• Identify and resolve challenges related to resource allocation, timelines, and quality standards.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.
• Report progress, risks, and outcomes to client/senior leadership and suggest actionable recommendations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7+ years’ experience in automation testing. We need one who has good hands-on experience and excellent Managerial/lead capabilities
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Selenium and Cucumber (good Knowledge)-based Automation Frameworks with Java.
• Experience with Jira Xray for test management configuration.
• Expertise in utilizing Jira.
• Ability to articulate clear, concise, and thorough test plans and cases.
• Practical experience with automated testing tools, including but not limited to Selenium.
• Robust programming capabilities in Java (very good in Java- Can reuse the code).
• Acquaintance with Agile practices and the SDLC.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Lead capabilities
• Knowledge of REST API (with Rest Assured Automation)
