1. Role Responsibilities

1. Product Quality Assurance: Responsible for functionality, performance, and security testing of core DeFi products (lending, stablecoins, DEX, etc.) to ensure user asset safety.

2. Web3 On-Chain Testing: Proficient in using tools such as [tool names] to validate complex on-chain interactions (Approve/Deposit/Withdraw) and DeFi logic (LTV, liquidation thresholds).

3. Test Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain test strategies and cases covering front-end, API, and on-chain event displays to ensure project progress and quality.

4. Automation and Efficiency: Introduce or develop testing tools and automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

5. Defect Localization and Communication: Quickly identify defects and collaborate effectively with smart contract, front-end, and back-end teams to drive issue resolution.

2. Requirements (8 Key Criteria)

1. Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, 3+ years of software testing experience, including 1+ years on Web3/DeFi projects.

2. Web3 Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals with real on-chain testing experience and comprehension of core DeFi business logic.

3. Tech Stack: Proficient in at least one scripting or tool-development language (Go, Python, Java, or JavaScript).

4. Environment: Familiar with Linux Shell and Git; proficient in MySQL/Redis database operations.

5. Testing Tools: Skilled in using packet capture tools (Charles/Fiddler) and mainstream automation testing frameworks.

6. Security Awareness: Understanding of smart contract basics and common Web3 security risks.

7. Skills: Excellent logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and teamwork abilities.

8. Work Arrangement: Must work full-time on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with core DeFi projects such as lending, stablecoins, or cross-chain bridges.
• Familiarity with testing Web3 libraries such as [library names].
• Experience in performance testing or security testing.
