Core Responsibilities

1. 【Key】Detailed Testing Design and Execution: Deeply understand product requirements and design documents, meticulously outline testing points, and design comprehensive and logically rigorous test cases. Diligently execute functional testing, regression testing, compatibility testing, interface testing, etc., covering various boundary conditions and exceptional scenarios. Maintain a "zero tolerance" attitude towards defects, clearly describe bugs, and provide detailed reproduction steps (occasional occurrences are not required).

2. In-Depth Defect Analysis and Summary Refinement: Do not settle for surface phenomena, but deeply analyze the root causes of defects and identify potential patterns or risk points. Regularly conduct systematic reviews of product characteristics, testing processes, defect data, and quality status, extracting valuable product summaries and best testing practices. Write clear, structured testing reports and summary documents to effectively transform testing experiences into team knowledge assets.

3. Testing Process Optimization and Quality Improvement: Based on testing practices and analytical summaries, proactively propose improvements at the testing process, methodology, or tools level to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Actively share testing summaries and experiences, effectively communicate with development and product teams, and jointly promote continuous improvements in product quality and development processes.

4. Maintenance of Testing Assets: Carefully maintain and update the test case library, test data, testing documentation, etc., to ensure their accuracy, timeliness, and reusability. Be adept at summarizing and organizing testing-related knowledge to build a team knowledge base.

4. Outstanding logical thinking and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and pinpoint the root causes of defects.

5. Good communication and collaboration abilities: Able to articulate problems clearly and accurately, and communicate effectively with roles in development, product, etc.

6. Skills and Experience:

a: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a computer-related field.

b: 1-3 years or more of software testing experience (requirements may be relaxed for exceptional candidates).

c: Proficient in software testing theories, processes, and methods (black box, white box, gray box, etc.).

d: Familiar with common test management tools (such as Jira, Buglist, etc.) and defect management processes.

e: Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (such as Python, Java, Shell, etc.) and basic automation skills.

f: Preference for those with the ability to read or write testing scripts. Basic knowledge of database (SQL) operations and networking fundamentals.

Additional Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with blockchain industry knowledge is preferred.

2. Familiarity with exchange platforms, especially DEX functional modules, is preferred.
