Job Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, inside sales, or call center
• Experience in POS, SaaS, fintech, F&B tech, or retail technology is an added advantage
• Strong communication and questioning skills to understand customer needs
• Ability to handle objections, qualify leads, and build rapport professionally
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Familiar with WhatsApp communication and basic computer skills
• Languages: English & BM required; Mandarin is a strong added advantage

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads via WhatsApp, calls, website forms, and social media
• Qualify leads by understanding business type, needs, budget, and readiness
• Introduce POS solutions, features, and value propositions in a clear and structured way
• Schedule product demos, online meetings, or on-site appointments for the Sales Team
• Maintain accurate and updated information in CRM
• Follow up with potential customers to warm leads and increase conversion
• Ensure high appointment show-up rate through reminders and follow-through
• Work closely with Sales Consultants and BD teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
• Prepare daily activity reports and weekly pipeline updates
