Job Title: Telemarketing and Sales Outbound (Night Shift)

Location: Remote / EMEA Region

Industry: Background Screening Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact and engage potential clients across the EMEA region via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities to promote background screening solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects through a CRM system.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for senior sales team members or conduct product demos when required.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead generation and client onboarding processes.
• Provide regular feedback on customer insights and market intelligence.

• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development, preferably in the HR tech, B2B SaaS, or background screening industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional EMEA languages are a plus).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field preferred.
