Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Cold-calling potential customers from lists to promote products/services.
• Inbound Handling: Answering customer questions and inquiries about offerings.
• Sales & Persuasion: Using scripts to explain features, benefits, and persuade customers to buy.
• Lead Generation: Identifying and capturing potential sales leads.
• Appointment Setting: Scheduling sales visits or demonstrations for sales teams.
• Data Management: Accurately recording customer details, calls, and outcomes in a system.
• Customer Service: Addressing complaints and doubts professionally to maintain reputation.
• Goal Achievement: Working to meet or exceed personal and team sales quotas. 

PREFERRED

• Local market exp: Minimum of 2 years
• Not necessarily in BPO industry 
• Can be face to face 
• Field sales
• Preferred women candidates
• Outbound B2B: Minimum of 2 years, in BPO industry
• (Recency should not be more than 2 years)
