Contact potential customers through outbound calls to introduce travel services, special offers, and new packages.
Promote and sell travel packages, including vacation trips, cruises, flights, and hotel accommodations.
Provide detailed information to customers about travel destinations, itineraries, and pricing.
Identify customer preferences and recommend suitable travel options based on their needs.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues related to bookings.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, travel destinations, and promotions.
Follow up with leads and previous customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Offer post-sale support, including assisting customers with changes or cancellations to their bookings.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and positive reviews.

Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
