DVPRO Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and persevering individual to join our team as a Telemarketing OJT/Intern. As a Telemarketing OJT/Intern, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our customer base through outbound calling.

Role

• Contacting potential customers to promote our software applications and services
• Handling inbound and outbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Sales/Marketing-relevant course and required to accomplish at least 300 hours of OJT
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in English and the local language
• Enthusiasm for the sales and customer service industry
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude
