  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Explain product features and answer questions to assist in decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer responses and suggestions.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales support roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, negotiation, and communication; excellent teamwork and customer relationship management skills; familiar with Salesforce.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with a standard 48-hour workweek.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, adaptability, and a customer-oriented mindset.
