About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with QA Background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical troubleshooting skills with a solid foundation in software quality assurance. You will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams—ensuring seamless user experiences, quick issue resolution, and high product quality.


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of solid experience in Technical Support or a similar role
  • Proven background in the gaming or online casino industry
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an SQA Tester or in a similar QA role
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp)
  • Excellent attention to detail and collaboration skills
  • Open to a contractual employment arrangement


Key Responsibilities

Technical Support Functions:

  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients regarding account-related or technical concerns.
  • Troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex cases to engineering teams when necessary and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in ClickUp or other designated tools.
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate initiative in overcoming challenges.


Quality Assurance Functions:

  • Execute and maintain regression tests on pre-production releases to ensure stability before deployment.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify unexpected issues, usability gaps, and edge cases.
  • Perform manual acceptance testing to validate new features and fixes against acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure defects are properly reported and resolved.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and product quality.
