Handle new product introduction project and conduct the required qualification/validation of product/process
Improvement of existing lines through optimization and/or cycle-up of machines
Assessment of evaluation result of newly qualified product/mold
Coordinate with suppliers/customers when needed.
Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards.
Identify and manage resources to execute process improvement projects.
Review of process parameters if still applicable in production and suggest changes when necessary.
Provide preventive measures to potential problems in the processes.
Provide technical support & solutions to encountered problems.

Graduate of any Engineering course
With at least 2-3 years of related experience preferably gained from a plastic injection company
Knowledgeable in SolidWorks, CAD & problem-solving techniques
