Job Title: Technical Manager

Department: EPC Management

Work Set Up: Full Onsite – Alabang

• Plan and deliver all technical aspects of projects, working with relevant parties to assist in the formulation of design strategy.
• Work with the Senior Manager to agree on required technical resources, and forecast and manage resource costs throughout the project.
• Act as Project Management to plan and manage projects to successfully complete listed goals and deliverables.
• Act as Project Development to deliver specific outputs as designed.
• Act as Schedule and Project Control to monitor activities and tasks and ensure they proceed as planned.
• Act as Contracting/Contractor Evaluator to assess contractors’ technical and programmatic progress, approaches, and deliverables.
• Act as Contract Reviewer to understand written agreements between parties.
• Schedule, control, and optimize work and workloads, planning activities to achieve goals and priorities within available time.
• Ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget through planning, progress monitoring, and coordination of meetings.
• Handle Government Permit Application and coordination.
• Review technical drawings and data.
• Perform other duties as may be required from time to time.

Measures of Performance

• Adherence to all set deadlines and completion of work to agreed standards.
• Timely delivery of required services (drawings, specifications, cost estimates) within cost and quality standards.
• Achievement of environmental targets, with no pollution or incidents through planned work systems and construction drawing restrictions and mitigation measures.

Qualification Guides

• Education: Graduate of BS Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: Ten (10) years of relevant experience
• Skills: Proficiency in CAD
