This role requires a highly skilled Agiloft Development Team Lead to serve as the technical and functional authority for Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management(CLM) platform. You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring they align with complex business needs and strategic objectives. This role requires a unique blend of deep platform expertise, team leadership, and strategic vision.

• Lead the Agiloft development team (internal & vendor resources), establishing development standards, coding conventions, and QA processes.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle: design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Agiloft solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable deliverables in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and development sprints using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Develop and implement custom tables, workflows, business rules, UI, automation scripts, and integrations (APIs, ESA).
• Serve as the primary point of technical escalation for complex platform issues.
• Ensure all solutions meet stringent compliance, security, and scalability standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (RDD, SDD, SLTO, TSMP).
• Drive user adoption through coordination of training, onboarding, and change management activities.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 5-10 years in software development, with a focus on team leadership.
• Skills and Competencies: Expertise in the Agiloft platform, product management, technical management, and API integration.
