Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for building the technical team, developing talent pipelines, and overseeing all technical-level management within the company.

2. In alignment with business development needs and current system status, formulate technical development strategies; plan system architecture evolution; and organize, formulate, and implement major technical decisions and solutions.

3. Manage the entire product lifecycle from requirements to delivery, including technical solution design, development processes, quality assurance, and schedule planning, control, supervision, and management; ensure R&D progress and conduct post-launch quality evaluations.

4. Oversee daily platform operations and maintenance, risk reviews, inspections, early-warning alerts, and remediation plans; ensure system security and stability.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution; experience in architecture design; proficiency in one or more mainstream blockchain development languages such as Go, Java, or C++.

2. At least five years of blockchain R&D experience and a minimum of three years in R&D team management, having led a technical team of no fewer than 20 members.

3. Deep understanding of underlying blockchain principles, P2P networking, distributed storage, and mainstream consensus mechanisms.

4. Familiarity with implementation mechanisms and operational principles of major blockchain open-source projects such as IPFS, Filecoin, Ethereum, OpenChain, Bitcoin, and Hyperledger.

5. Proficient in various data structures and algorithms; research experience in distributed computing, security protocols, cryptographic algorithms, and cloud computing is a plus.

6. In-depth understanding of trading systems, with unique insights into trading system architecture and mechanisms.

7. Strong learning ability, communication, presentation, and team management skills.

8. Preference given to candidates who have reviewed and modified blockchain core source code or contributed to blockchain trading system development.

Note: Must be based in Canada and possess expertise in centralized exchange system architecture and business operations.
