The Role

Our role will be your opportunity to leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies, employer branding, and candidate engagement to bring in the best and brightest. You'll focus on attracting, engaging and exciting that talent, raising awareness of our clients and ultimately positioning them as an employer of choice.


Key Accountabilities


What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide day to day support to colleagues within the content and production team, such as writing copy or creating digital assets, within the required deadlines
  • Drive best practice job advertising, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on how to improve their adverts for improved search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Collect source material such as questionnaire responses, brand assets, and employee generated images and video.
  • Use relevant design tools such as Canva to create recruitment marketing content, copy, and assets to be used in job adverts, passive sourcing tools, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all content and assets adherence to Employer Brand and Tone of Voice guidelines
  • Provide accurate and timely data to support creation of monthly reports, attraction channel conversations and budget management


Skills & Experience


What you need to have to be successful:

  • Exceptional written English communication skills with right-first-time attention to detail and the ability to proof-read and edit different types of content for accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, taking direction from senior team members while also contributing ideas and solutions independently
  • Time management & utilisation and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines effectively
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content campaigns and initiatives
  • Experience in gathering data and using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present information
