- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Post job openings on different platforms (Facebook, TikTok, job sites, etc.)
- Coordinate with applicants regarding interview schedules and requirements
- Conduct initial applicant screening (basic qualifications and availability)
- Maintain and update applicant records using Excel or tracking sheets
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower needs and interview results
- Assist in onboarding preparation for newly hired employees
- Ensure confidentiality of applicant and employee information
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
