  • Maintain candidate databases and generate reports on recruitment metrics.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting and communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll, compensation and benefits
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong coaching capabilities and written communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in performance management and talent acquisition techniques
