Job Description
Leading cryptocurrency exchange Bybit is hiring
Position: Recruitment Assistant (TA Assistant)
Responsibilities: Manage recruitment across all regions and build talent pipelines for key business functions
Format: Remote, part-time, location-independent
Compensation: Base salary of 500 USDT/month + commission (based on the number of offers extended)
Duration: Approximately 3 months; outstanding performers may have the opportunity to convert to full-time
Requirements: Fluency in spoken Chinese and English; hands-on recruitment experience (including internships); reliable work commitment
No prior cryptocurrency experience required
