Description
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and trends.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Graduate of Psychology, HRDM or any related course
- With at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Preferably with experience in a Manpower Service industry
