A Recruitment Assistant is will provides support to recruiting teams by coordinating hiring activities, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases. They assist with onboarding and handle administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year in recruitment
- Skills: Proficient in sourcing, screening, interviewing; familiar with ATS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related
- Traits: Excellent communication, organized, client-oriented
- Work Location: Mandaluyong
