A TA Specialist for blue-collar and support & leadership roles is responsible for evaluating and hiring candidates for these positions. They work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source candidates through online platforms and networking, and conduct initial screenings to assess skills and fit. They also manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting the company’s hiring needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in blue-collar recruitment is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting for support and leadership roles is a plus
• Willing to work onsite once a week
• Must have a stable internet connection for remote work
• Must have own laptop and a spare phone for work purposes
