1、根据业务发展需求,协助制定人力资源编制和招聘计划;
2、制定、完善招聘制度及流程,建立、完善人才库,根据公司业务发展情况,做好工作分析,进行人力资源优化配置;
3、招聘体系的建设及相关人力资源优化、创新项目;
4、保证招聘渠道畅通,对各岗位招聘结果负责;
5、能够定期总结招聘工作,并呈现招聘结果;
6、高效、优质完成领导交办的各项工作。任职要求
1、统招本科及以上学历,人力资源专业优先;
2、两年以上互联网招聘经验,有大中型IT、互联网和电子商务企业经历者优先;
3、具备丰富的分公司招聘管理经验,有集团工作经验优先;
4、精通工作分析及人力资源优化配置,丰富的招聘经验和技巧;
5、具有敏锐的洞察力,深谙人际风格与性格分类;熟悉招聘、甄选的专业技能、流程;
6、具有极强的沟通能力、协调推进能力和抗压能力;为人谦虚、坦诚、细致、亲和、有责任感、执行力强;
