The Tableau Developer is responsible for designing and implementing high-quality data visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate insights and support decision-making processes.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

• Create and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations to meet business needs and goals.
• Develop and implement visualizations to represent data insights effectively.
• Create interactive elements to enhance user experience and data exploration.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders to ensure functionality and performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency in developing Tableau dashboards with a strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Solid experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field and 3 years of experience in data visualization or Tableau development, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
• Preferred requirements include experience in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing concepts
• Strongly preferred are excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
