Description

  • Record daily financial transactions (purchases, sales, receipts, and payments).
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank and ledger accounts monthly.
  • Monitor and record company expenses, sales, and other financial activities.
  • Assist with payroll processing and government compliance filings.
  • Draft financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Aid in budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Proper documentation and filing of accounting documents.
  • Collaborate with external auditors or tax consultants as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field – preferred.
  • 1-2 years of bookkeeping or similar financial role experience.
  • Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., Xero).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and office tools.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Capable of working autonomously with utmost confidentiality.
