We’re seeking Senior Systems and Operational Support Engineers who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving innovation across our Public and Multi-Cloud offerings.

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll not only provide Level 3 systems support but also help lead and shape the future of cloud solutions, working closely with global teams to ensure customer success.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Level 3 IT systems support for Managed Public Cloud services.
• Build, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure.
• Lead automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.
• Provide guidance and escalation support across the team.
• Engage with customers through reviews, workshops, and strategic discussions.
• Input to project designs, migration plans, and test plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in Azure infrastructure management.
• Strong skills in Azure Active Directory, scripting, automation, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with GitOps and ITIL framework.
• Strong experience in PowerShell or Python.
• Has Azure Project experience.
• 5+ years of IT experience, ideally in a Managed Services Provider environment.
• Other Public Cloud, Security, Linux, or Kubernetes experience.
• Leadership and mentoring experience within technical teams.
