Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's servers and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network operations.
• Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and deployments.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on system-related issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or any related courses.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a System Administrator or similar role.
• Proven expertise in Linux server administration (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) and Windows Server Administration.
• Certifications such as RHCSA, LPIC, cPanel Professional Certification, CompTIA Security+, or relevant Linux administration certifications are a plus.
• Solid experience managing servers in cloud environments, including VPS and dedicated cloud hosting.
• Expertise with WHM and cPanel.
• In-depth knowledge of DNS configurations and domain management.
• Familiarity with common web services such as Apache, Nginx, and PHP.
• Experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python for automation tasks is a plus.ts
