Description

1. Email & Message Management

  • Monitor and manage Outlook inbox and Teams messages.
  • Identify and prioritize urgent communications.
  • Sort and filter solicitation emails.
  • Summarize email content for quick review.
  • Create and assign tasks in Wrike (Project Management Software).


2. Administrative Support

  • Draft and format documents, reports, and templates.
  • Assist in setting up document drafts to facilitate workflows.
  • Analyze and summarize technical documents over time.
  • Support sensitive correspondence by flagging or forwarding to appropriate team members.


3. Coordination & Team Support

  • Assist in coordinating field visit activities for team members.
  • Maintain communication and scheduling for team coordination.
  • Ensure smooth flow of internal and external correspondence.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong email and inbox management skills (Outlook, Teams).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze, summarize, and draft documents effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.


Asset and Tools Requirement:

Must have own equipment:

  • Computer(Atleast i5 and 8GB RAM or equivalent)
  • Noise Cancelling Headset
  • Webcam


Reliable internet connection for WFH Setup (Atleast 50mbps)

Must be amenable to work with time trackers
