The supply chain planning associate manager will focus on planning, forecasting the movement of materials ensuring timely deliveries and ordering while optimizing cost and efficiency.

• Planning and Forecasting: Create and maintain demand and supply forecast based on historical data, inventory levels and market trends.
• Inventory Management: Monitors and tracks inventory performance indexes ensuring timely deliveries, efficiency and cost optimization.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with cross functional teams both internally and externally to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Logistics and Transportation Management: Plan and optimize transportation routes to reduce delivery time and costs.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Cost Management and Optimization: Identify cost-reduction opportunities to drive lower spend and cost efficiency.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track supply chain performance, including lead times, order fulfillment rates, and inventory levels, etc. including lead times, order fulfillment rates, and inventory levels, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the renewable energy or manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of solar PV components and global supply chain dynamics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Experience with Procurement for Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
