The Facilities and Procurement Officer is a critical role responsible for providing high-level administrative support and facilitating the procurement and logistic concerns of the company. This position is also responsible for the Supply Chain Management and providing accounting and operational support through completeness and accuracy of forms and ensure the availability of stocks.

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to source specialized items efficiently and cost-effectively
• Facilitate Requisition, Canvassing, and System order processing for Ella Stocks.
• Negotiate and make deals with new and existing suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers and identifying new vendors as needed
• Tracking and managing inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize stock-outs.
• Closely collaborate with Operations Department for requisition of stocks and with Accounting
• Department for the auditing of inventory.
• Ensuring that all stock is compliant with quality and expiration standards.
• Process requests of other departments' Requisition Request, from Quotation, Purchase Order,
• Request for Payment to Delivery
• Input and update data in various systems and databases of suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data and forms.
• Ensure that the Warehouse and GRCBI offices are orderly and properly maintained
• Ensure that all permits and contracts are up to date, and initiate conversation with the liaison to renew any permits before they expire.
• Guide and supervise warehouse staff.
