Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• With at least 4-8 years of experience in supply chain management related to inbound logistics, fulfilment, outbound logistics and warehouse operations.
• Experience in end-to-end cycle of S/4HANA project like Blueprinting, Configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live, Post GO-Live is an advantage.
• Amendable to work in Shifting Schedule.
• Amendable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze current supply chain data and processes (procurement, production, warehousing, logistics) to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Redesign networks, improve inventory management, optimize warehouse layouts, and streamline distribution, often using modeling and simulation.
• Advise on and implement new technologies (like SAP S/4HANA, ERP, EWM) and customize solutions to automate and enhance processes.
• Lead major transformation projects, including system implementations, supplier changes, and process rollouts, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success, analyze trends, and build models for decision-making.
