Job description:
- Manage outlet executives and sales promoters
- Drive sales and profit for the outlet
- Ensure business effectiveness in store operations (Manpower arrangement, In-store merchandising, inventory control)
- Assist with reporting in a timely manner
- Any other related ad-hoc activities
Requirements
- Possess minimum SPM
- Required to have prior retail management experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
