- Support student engagement and well-being.
- Assist students with academic and personal concerns, organize events, and facilitate workshops.
- Advise student organizations and activities.
- Facilitate workshops and events promoting personal growth.
- Provide guidance on academic and personal issues.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration.
- Ensure compliance with school policies.
- Conduct assessments and gather feedback on student services.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in student services or administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, approachable, and committed to student success.
