- Oversee daily operations of the service centers, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards
- Monitor and manage work schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
- Provide effective leadership, coaching, and mentorship to service technicians, mechanics, and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to prioritize and schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce customer service standards and best practices.
- Manage the center's budget, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, parts ordering, and cost management.
- With 6 months to 1 year experience with same position
- Preferably with automotive background
