Operations & Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation, commissioning, and service operations.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within approved budgets.

• Develop and implement operational procedures, workflows, and best practices.

• Monitor project progress, resolve operational issues, and manage risks.

Team Leadership & Resource Management

• Lead, supervise, and evaluate installation engineers, service engineers, and subcontractors.

• Schedule manpower, tools, vehicles, and materials efficiently across projects.

• Identify training needs and ensure continuous technical and safety training.

• Enforce discipline, performance standards, and accountability within the team.

Service & Customer Management

• Oversee preventive maintenance and after-sales service operations.

• Ensure timely response to service calls, breakdowns, and warranty claims.

• Act as an escalation point for technical or customer service issues.

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Cost Control & Efficiency

• Control operational costs including labor, logistics, tools, and consumables.

• Review project costings, variations, and change orders.

• Minimize rework, downtime, and warranty-related losses.

• Support management in improving margins and operational efficiency.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure workmanship quality.

• Enforce proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.

• Ensure compliance with fire codes, electrical standards, and industry regulations.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams.

• Provide regular operational reports including project status, service KPIs, and resource utilization.

• Support management with operational planning and forecasting.
