- Franchisee Support and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, offering operational, marketing, and business guidance.
- Sales & Business Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and optimize local marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Help identify and implement cost-saving measures and performance-enhancing practices.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Recommend actions to increase profitability and improve overall franchise operations.
- Franchise Training and Development: Develop and update franchise training materials, manuals, and resources.
- Franchise Documentation and Compliance: Ensure franchise agreements, legal documentation, and licensing requirements are met by franchisees.
