- At least have a background in Aesthetic Clinic
- Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer booking, staff scheduling and payroll responsibilities.
- Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Beauty Therapist and Advisor for them to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.
- Manage and handle cash on a daily basis, such as vault, ATM, and cash box.
- Assist in managing financial aspects of the shop which include monthly expense budgeting and inventory management.
- Manage the shop’s inventory of supplies and products.
- Maintain shop safety standards and cleanliness as required.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Assure timely availability of qualified Beauty Therapist and Advisors through active participation in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training process.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services.
- Maintain a very strong clientele for the shop.
- Proven work experience as a Store Manager or other similar role
- Knowledge of beauty products/ beauty industry
- Experience in customer service or retail management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communicational and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage inventory and supplies
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
