About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our manufacturing team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the storage, handling, and movement of materials, ensuring smooth operations within the factory.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating material requests, and supporting production activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming raw materials, tools, and supplies.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and issuance of materials to the production floor.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using the company’s system.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support monthly/quarterly inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
• Ensure the store area is organized, clean, and complies with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the purchasing and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Handle documentation such as delivery orders, goods received notes, and material requisitions.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit to handle movement of goods when required.
