JOB OBJECTIVE:

• To ensure that 1st to Expire, 1st Out (FEFO) policy is implemented in warehouse stock keeping; likewise, general housekeeping to support 5S and FEFO is expected to be complied with.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizes assigned brand or category according to popularity and ABC analysis. Items with unique similar are placed along common aisles and / or bays which may cover: source, packaging, volatility, preferred environment, etc.
• Replenishes pick lines according to FEFO policy. Older expiries are transported from storage areas to pick lines and items within near- expiry period are transferred from pick lines to quarantine area(s).
• Responsible for maximum utilization of rack and pallet capacities covered by assigned zone or category. This is also includes pallet or racks compression whenever needed to accommodate more storage space different SKU’s are co-loaded with same pallets and/ or racks.
• Manage product condemnation- covers items damaged, latent detection of factory defects and/ or expired lots. Responsible for physical segregation, documentation and subsequent transport of items to BO area.
• Updates all pertinent warehouse management reports including but not limited to : stock cards, locator maps, bin tags, cluster tags, stock movement forms, etc. likewise, notable exception such as product movement ( slow or non- moving), near – expiry , overstock, reserved items status, product quality (including infestation), etc. are expected to be reported for disposition.
• Provides information on product availability (including OOS, critical levels, etc) and matched expiry requirement per market segment i.e. sub –distributor 3 months up, GMA 2 months up, satellite warehouse transfers 3 months up, etc.
• Assists in the administration of inventory audit tools such as cycle counts, IRA and LMA among others.
• Performs other function that maybe assigned to him by his immediate superior from time to time.

• At least College level
• Preferably with Stockman experience on a e-Comm warehouse
