Dasmariñas City Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and competent Staff Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensure accurate implementation of physicians’ orders, and uphold the hospital’s standards for safety and patient-centered service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established nursing standards and hospital policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor, record, and report patients’ conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions and patient records.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Valid PRC license as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and in a fast-paced environment.
