You will use your experience to help develop attraction and sourcing strategies across a broad variety of talent profiles and locations around the world. The Role

This role will be an integral part of a global recruitment team that will support the demand of the business to grow and bring in the best talent.

Note: This is newer team, to ensure success you will need to be able to work with our team in our office located in the BGC, Taguig.

  • Willing to work the night shift to align to the recruitment team and business stakeholders in the US and Canada.
  • As you will be responsible for recruitment across North America, a very high standard of verbal and written English is essential for this role.
  • Tactical planning, oversight, and execution of the end-to-end search including: the sourcing plan, assessment and interview process, selection, and offer.
  • Recruiting for varied talent profiles based on hiring demands and approved requisitions across multiple countries around the world.
  • Proactively source to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified inclusive and diverse candidates across a variety of skill sets and both local and global talent pools.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers around the world to ensure recruitment requirements are met.
  • Utilize recruitment technologies and a suite of sourcing strategies to hire from inclusive and diverse talent pools.
  • Understand and take accountability for hiring metrics to track effectiveness of recruitment efforts and quality of hire.
  • Work in collaboration with other recruiters and sourcers to share ideas, best practice, and support as required.
