Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of mutual funds and loans, proficiency in WAM software.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, with flexibility for hybrid working options.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
